I love peeks into such “scientific” creationists’ internecine conflicts because they provide such rich insight into the machinations of “faith trumps empirical facts” mentality. Here lately whenever I am confronted by “scientific” Young-Earth creationists who want to argue about the age of the universe, Earth, and life I generally direct them to Hugh Ross and tell ’em that AFTER “scientific” creationists first settle between themselves the age of the universe/Earth/life issue, THEN come back to me and we’ll talk.

There’s supposed to be a secret creationist forum somewhere where the like of Humphreys and Thomas swap notes. That must be something!
